You want to focus on patient care

Why Dental-Specific Bookkeeping Matters

Imagine making critical business decisions based on inaccurate financial data. Unfortunately, many practice owners are unknowingly depleting their working capital reserves. To stay ahead of your financial needs, it’s crucial to have precise financial information to avoid consequences. By ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping, we can help you protect your practice’s financial health and make informed decisions.

The Risk of Inefficient Bookkeeping

The Risk of Inefficient Bookkeeping

  • Incorrect Tax Filings: Failure to file accurate returns backed by reconciled accounting records can lead to penalties and interest.
  • Delayed Tax Preparation: Inefficient bookkeeping practices can delay your year-end tax preparation and potentially lead to missed deadlines.

If you value the best for your practice, you’ll enjoy working with our team.

Not All Bookkeepers Are Created Equal

Do you want to partner with a dedicated personal accounting team that understands your practice’s unique financial landscape? We possess in-depth knowledge about dental revenue cycles and vendor relationships and leverage peer review to ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

We call our bookkeepers “Accounting Specialists” for a reason: They have a more in-depth understanding of accounting theory and are able to provide more insightful financial reporting and business support. We are also REAL people, and we believe in a hands-on approach. Unlike other providers, we never outsource work to independent contractors—we control the process. This means that your sensitive financial data is handled securely in the United States by our full-time W-2 employees!

How It Works

We have a comprehensive approach to working with our clients which starts with a Discovery Call with one of our Client Advisors. This meeting helps us assess your accounting needs to see if we will be a good fit for your practice.

After our initial meeting, you will be invited to securely upload your prior year’s tax returns via our document portal. After receiving your information, we will send you a detailed service plan proposal from an application called Ignition for review.

If everything looks good to go, simply follow the steps to enter payment details and e-sign. After you do so, our onboarding lead will reach out to schedule your formal onboarding, which typically usually take about 30-60 days to complete.
