Your Questions Answered

We’ve been working with dentists for over three decades. We understand the business mechanics that make a practice profitable. We take care of the accounting compliance headache and offer dental business advisory in the form of one-on-one meetings and webinars so you can focus on running your practice more efficiently. A Generalist doesn’t understand the profit levers of a dental practice like we do.

We often help with catch-up bookkeeping work when onboarding a new client. We can take care of this at our hourly bookkeeping rate. This is invoice separately from our fixed monthly service fee.

We currently work with over 150 dental practices for annual tax & monthly bookkeeping services. On top of that we help an additional 30-50 dentists on average through the buyer-rep transition or start-up process each year.

We have been working with dentists since 1989.

We use Practice Ignition for our proposals and billing. You will need to e-sign an engagement prior to us working, but we can part ways at any time. If there is unbilled project work that has been complete, we will invoice you the remainder of the fee. Likewise, if there is a credit on your account, we will refund you the fee.

Submit your contact info on our website, email us, use the Podium chat or schedule time directly on Kevin’s Calendly. Once we gather some more information about you, your practice we can send you a formal engagement letter for e-signature

Cloud accounting is the future. Using QuickBooks Online allows you and our team to access and work on your bookkeeping in real-time. We can also sync other online applications like payroll (Gusto, ADP, QBO, etc.) or advanced business analytics (Fathom, Dental Intel, etc.) to streamline workflow processes; which saves you time to focus more on delivering. your dental services.

We typically reply to your email or phone call within one business day. Pre-COVID you could typically call our office and get in touch with a CPA same-day to answer your business or tax question. We strive to provide an open line of communication between our team and our dental clients.

Anytime! We are onboarding clients through out the year (even during tax season).
