I've recently started working with the Dental Accounting Group for my dental practice and personal accounting needs. The transition to their organization has been amazing! At each point, the communication and the assistance has been impeccable. They are incredibly hands on and their response time to any question is fast and specialized with the team member best capable of handling the question providing in-depth solutions and answers. They have a great team organization that provides skilled team members on your team to provide the most comprehensive approach to your practice's needs. I've enjoyed working with and have been impressed by each of my DAG team from Caitlin to Andrew to Kevin. I recently requested help with two key needs my practice is facing. I needed a better understanding of staffing costs for my practice and if my practice was ready to hire an associate. Kevin Bray requested that we set up a time to discuss the topic more thoroughly and we arrange a time. My previous experience with other accounting groups and practice consultants has not been too great so my expectations were not too high. However, Kevin blew me away with the level of detail and range of data he provided to fully evaluate my practice, it's needs, and how my practice compares to other practices across the state of Washington. He then went on to walk me through the data in a very understandable and relatable way, which helped me understand the next steps my office should take clearly and easily. Throughout the conversation, it was very clear that Kevin and his team are deeply invested in the dental community and in helping practices succeed. It gave me great confidence and reassurance knowing that they will be in my corner helping me manage the financial decisions of my practice going forward. Kevin followed up our lengthy conversation with a thorough recap email that included multiple resources and their links to help me take the next steps we had discussed as well as assessments for financially planning these next steps. They have put a lot of time and effort into developing digital resources that help create meaningful reports that set them apart from other companies. But it's also more than just the reports, it is their ability to communicate the meaning of the data they create in those reports and then relate that to the decision I'm facing as a business owner that really sets them apart. I don't believe there is a better company for dental professionals full stop. The Dental Accounting Group goes well beyond just providing accounting and book keeping services, though those services are also far better than I've experienced anywhere else. They offer extensive support for all my financial questions and needs for my practice. This provides me with tremendous peace of mind knowing that they are just an email away. If you are looking for a financial resource that will support you and your office, look no further. I cannot recommend the Dental Accounting Group enough, you will not be disappointed.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dental Accounting Group. I worked with Kevin and Brian Bray for the purchase of my practice and they were very helpful. Now I work with Shayla and Yianni for bookkeeping and accounting. They are both so helpful, easy to work with, prompt in their responses and patient with explaining the things we as dentists are not trained in. It is a huge plus being with a dental-only accounting group because they can easily see if any expense is outside of the bell curve relative to what other practices are doing. Right out of the gate, Maggie identified some structure changes in our practice loan that saved us a LOT of money. Maggie and her team are consummate professionals. They're extremely organized, great communicators and always one step ahead of us, helping us plan and beware of obligations that we would have otherwise missed. Very happy with our choice. We would give Dental Accounting Group SIX stars, but Google won't let us. 🙂

DAG has gone above and beyond in helping me organize my small business accounting and tax needs. They are always responsive and willing to answer any question big or small. Brian Bray and his team including Cassie have been helping my wife and I with our Dental Practice from its very beginning. Through it all they have been one of greatest assets and supporters.
